What is ACMP Midwest? 

ACMP Midwest Chapter is one of the largest chapters of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a global change management organization whose goal is to lead the way change works. At ACMP Midwest, we strive to engage, grow, and empower a thriving Midwest community of change professionals, champions, and advocates.

Do I need to register to attend the conference? 
Registration is required to attend the conference. Please make sure to register online before the event to secure your spot and access all conference sessions and activities. We look forward to welcoming you! ACMP Midwest Member - Early Bird (Feb. 1 - Feb. 28) $249.00. ACMP Midwest Non Member - Early Bird, $349.00. Volunteer/Student, $199.00.

When & where will the event take place? 

This in-person conference will take place on April 20, 2026, at Summit, 205 N Michigan Ave., 10th Floor, Chicago, IL. 60601.

Is there a hotel block for attendees? 

We partnered with the Sports Illustrated Hotel to offer hotel accommodations for conference attendees. Blocked rooms are standard with a rate of $229/night plus tax.

Also, there are various other hotels in the area that may suit your preferences and budget. 

Can I earn CCMP PDU credits for attending? 
Yes, education session attendance can be counted toward the ongoing maintenance of the CCMP designation. Please note, networking sessions do not count toward PDUs.

What is the cancellation policy? 
All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing to ACMP Midwest. Please send written notice of cancellation by email to director.operations@acmpmidwest.org. Event fees are transferable to another participant from the same organization ONE TIME only, for ACMP Midwest Change Conference 2026. 

The cancellation fee structure is as follows unless otherwise noted (i.e. non-refundable items): 
Cancel on or before Mar 22: $75 cancellation fee; $25 transfer fee 
Cancel between Mar 22 and March 31: $125 cancellation fee; $75 transfer fee 
Cancel after March 31: Non-refundable cancellation; $100 transfer fee  

Is parking available at the venue? 

Yes, at the Michigan Plaza Parking Garage.

Directions to the venue:

From the South:
Take Columbus Drive north past Randolph and Lake Street to East South Water street and turn left going down the ramp to the stop sign. Turn left (a hairpin 180° turn) and proceed to the next stop sign, which is Lower Columbus Drive. Turn right onto Columbus and at the first street on the right, Lake Street, take another right turn. Go straight ahead to the Michigan Plaza Parking Garage Entrance.

From the North:
Take Ohio Exit to State Street. Turn right (south) on State to Illinois or Hubbard. Turn
left (east) until lower Michigan Avenue. Turn right (south). Cross river and proceed past
Wacker Drive to the next stoplight which is South Water. Take a left (east) and stay on
the right sides of the pylons to the 2nd stop sign Lower Columbus Drive. Turn right
(south) onto Columbus and at the first street on the right, Lake Street, take another right (west). Go straight ahead to the Michigan Plaza Parking Garage Entrance; the right ramp.

OR Take Columbus Drive south to the first light past Wacker Drive, which is East South
Water Street. Turn right going down the ramp to the stop sign. Turn left (a hairpin 180°
turn) and proceed to the next stop sign, which is Lower Columbus Drive. Turn right onto
Columbus and at the first street on the right, Lake Street, take another right turn. Go straight ahead to the Michigan Plaza Parking Garage Entrance.

From Michigan Avenue:
Turn west on Lake Street and right at the first street, Garland Court. Turn right on lower South
Water Street. Turn right on Lower Columbus Drive and at the first street on the right, Lake
Street, take another right turn. Go straight ahead to the Michigan Plaza Parking Garage Entrance.
