Kristine Reynolds
Past President

Kristine is an executive with more than twenty years putting people at the center of change for a broad range of business-driven enterprise and operations-based programs inclusive of people, process, and technology. She is a strategic thinker who is adept at translating vision into actionable plans that deliver concrete, sustainable results.

She has been involved with ACMP for more than six years, serving on the board of directors as Director of Operations, Vice President, and most recently as President. As Past-President, Kristine provides guidance and mentorship to the Executive Board on Chapter strategy, serves as an ambassador to the change community and supports the chapter in achieving the annual objectives and goals.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago. She is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Kristine currently works with EY in their People Advisory Services and previously served on the board of directors at Beverly Bank & Trust, N.A., a Wintrust Community Bank, from 2008-2021.
