Session Description: How do you prepare yourself, your leaders, and your organization for the changes on the horizon? A critical first step is knowing what to expect. Prosci's latest research identified the top changes organizations will face in coming years, as well as trends in the change management discipline. In this interactive session, Prosci's Chief Innovation Officer Tim Creasey will lead an engaging session that explores the frontiers of the discipline and equips change agents with a blueprint for what to expect and how to increase their impact.

Tim Creasey, Chief Innovation Officer at Prosci, is a researcher and thought leader on managing the people side of change. His work forms the foundation of the largest body of knowledge in the world on change management. He has spoken to hundreds of thousands of people across the globe, helping them to see how successful change is unlockable when we prepare, equip, and support people

Bio: Barbara A. Trautlein, PhD is author of Change Intelligence: Use the Power of CQ to Lead Change that Sticks and originator of the CQ® System for Developing Change Intelligence®. For over 30 years, Barbara has coached executives, trained leaders at all levels, certified change agents, and facilitated mission-critical change management initiatives.  In 2015 she had the honor of being awarded Change Management Consultant of the Year by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Midwest Chapter. Her blend of research and real-world expertise makes her an in-demand speaker at conferences around the globe. Barbara has a unique ability to connect with her audiences, from steel mills to sales teams, refineries to retail outlets, and healthcare to high tech. She was a founding member of the ACMP-Midwest Chapter, and her company, Change Catalysts, LLC, is an ACMP Qualified Education Provider (Q.E.P.). Clients served include Abbott Labs, BP, Cisco, Deloitte, Northwestern University, and the United Nations. Barbara holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Bios: Catherine Mitchell, CCMP™, is a change management leader with more than two decades of experience, currently at Jacobs Solutions Inc., an international consulting firm in architecture and engineering, where she provides OCM strategy for clients around the world. At Jacobs she has driven change maturity and capacity, supporting a Community of Practice based on center of excellence principles and Transformation Office workstreams. Stacy Hollowell, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Trainer, has led dynamic portfolios of change for large transformations, including at Jacobs Solutions and Siemens. She is passionate about educating practitioners, sponsors, and project teams to both lead and advocate change in a way that prepares, equips, and supports all impacted stakeholders. With more than 20 years of experience, she currently leads change for transformation projects at HP, Inc.



  • When Change Management Adapts Like the Sales Team

Session Description: Sales is the front line and manages change on a daily basis - shifting customer preferences, adjusting to changing timelines, convincing customers to switch to their product/service, etc. So why can’t we as change managers adapt like that too?  Attendees of this talk will gain an understanding of how embracing certain sales behaviors, philosophies, tools, and tactics can lead to greater adoption and buy-in for Change Management initiatives. We will explore parallels between driving organizational change and complex sales, including the strategies and tactics that are often overlooked by Change Management teams. This highly practical talk will highlight non-salesy sales techniques, strategies for communication, and pitfalls to avoid. This talk is for Change professionals seeking innovative ways to navigate and lead transformation within organizations.

Bio:  launched Do Even Better LLC in 2021 with a belief that many organizations could do even better with what – and who – they already have, by simplifying systems and processes based on what is already working well. At DEB we design, develop, and deliver change management, communication and training to increase technology fluency. We primarily focus on HR technology, primarily Workday. Prior to Do Even Better, Mark held roles in Change Management, Training and Development, Talent Management, and Executive Compensation at Aon, Alight Solutions, TiER1 Performance Solutions, and Principal Financial Group. Mark also spent nearly a decade in financial services and sales. Mark received his BA from Grinnell College in Iowa, and Masters in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. Mark now lives in Evanston, IL with his wife and three children.

You will discover the innovative ways AI leverages vast datasets, foreseeing disruptions and recommending strategic interventions, fundamentally transforming traditional change management paradigms. Taking inspiration from the rapidly evolving and growing aviation and aerospace industries, we present real-world case studies from airport operations. These instances showcase AI's role in proactive change management, ensuring smooth technology integration, compliance with evolving regulations, and risk mitigation in complex environments. Bios: Stephanie Douglas, Ph.D.  is a professor in the Management and Technology Department with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University College of Business. She teaches courses in leadership, change management, strategic decision-making, and organizational resilience. Her research focuses on organizational effectiveness, systemic leadership development, organizational resilience, strategic change management, and human capital management strategy. She has been published in the International Journal of Aerospace Psychology, Journal of Marketing Analytics, Development and Learning in Organizations and Strategic HR Review. Through various organizational partnerships, Dr. Douglas also serves as an organization development and change management consultant focused strategic organizational transformations to optimize human capital, organizational resilience, and improve organizational effectiveness. She has worked with private and commercial aviation sectors, Fortune 500 companies, as well as non-profit organizations and military units. Dr. James E. Sulton, III is an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and leads a non-profit organization missioned to expose underrepresented group to careers in aviation. He holds Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Studies and Master of Science in Aeronautics degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in addition to an earned doctorate in educational leadership, administration, and policy from Pepperdine University. He has led and managed large change initiatives in the public and private sectors and is focused on transforming aviation and aerospace operations for greater reliability.  Dr. Sulton lectures frequently about the importance of aviation education, career opportunities for youth in aviation and aerospace, and works tirelessly to promote aviation safety.

Bios: Matt Csaki is a versatile and energetic change leader with over 16 years at Accenture dedicated to managing adoption, realizing business benefits, and building lasting relationships. With experience across various stakeholder groups, he has driven change efforts at multiple levels within the organization. Currently, Matt leads the WalkMe, End User Enablement and Analytics Strategy Service Areas within Accenture's Journey & Change Mgmt COE where he develops and implements change management, measurement, and adoption strategies to achieve desired business outcomes. He focuses on fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and empowering behavioral change across Accenture's internal products and services. Brian Knoll is the Analytics Change Lead in the Accenture Global IT Journey & Change Management Center of Excellence focusing on the measurement of adoption and enablement strategies within change management programs. He has spent his entire career working to empower a data-driven decision-making mindset across Accenture Global IT, enabling teams to target their change efforts to areas that drive the most business impact. He provides a high-energy, value-focused presence, showing approachable strategies to be implemented on any change management project.

Cam is an internal change guru with over a decade of experience leading change in agile world. He currently works for Northwestern Mutual has a deep passion for change portfolio data, AI, and design thinking. In his free time, Cam enjoys pursuing creative outlets such as photography, writing music, and is secretly building out his Lego collection.

Michelle Yanahan



Michelle is the principal and owner of ChangeFit360.  She is a lifelong learner which is displayed by her being one of the first 500 Certified Change Management practitioners, and is also a qualified education provider for ACMP, ATD and SHRM.  Michelle is a lifelong Illinoisian, currently living in Wheaton.

Hilary Lee






Hilary is the National People & Change Lead at Centric Consulting.  In her role at Centric, she empowers clients across multiple industries to empower and enable their largest asset, their people, through large scale change.  Outside of her Partner & Director role at Centric, Hilary a passionate traveler, having previously lived in both Japan and South Africa and is still working on mastering the art of having a green thumb.
