Christy is a strategic, innovative, forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in global change management and communications who produces targeted communications which resonate with audiences and drive engagement, adoption, and business results.

She has extensive experience in directing and executing complex, global change and communication strategies and plans. She is highly skilled in managing all aspects of change from needs/impact assessment to stakeholder analysis/management to change sustainment.

Christy is known for effectively communicating complex issues to stakeholders at all levels. She is an experienced influencer, sought after advisor, and coach with proven experience in navigating large, complex, matrixed organizations and gaining alignment with leaders at all levels, including the C-Suite.

“My transition from Corporate Communications to Change Management was organic,” says Christy. “In the absence of a dedicated Change Lead on a project, project teams and project sponsors would look to me, as the Communication Lead, to serve in that role. This is what amped up my interest in and passion for Change Management. I saw the positive impact effective Change Management can have on employee engagement, adoption, and business results.

“One of my favorite phrases is ‘Words matter,’ shares Christy. “I am passionate about partnering with employers or clients to help them focus on words that effectively tell their stories when communicating upcoming changes. Additionally, I work with project teams and leaders at all levels to expand their understanding of everything involved in Change Management and the long-lasting value of effective Change Management.”

Christy has been able to bring her Change Management and Communication expertise to various well-known, large-scale companies/clients across a wide range of industries including insurance; telecommunications; commercial real estate; retail/healthcare, ingredients solutions, industrial supplies; and medical devices/technology. She is also Prosci certified and proficient in the ADKAR change methodology and has experience working within company-specific methodologies.

Christy has been an ACMP member off and on for several years. She has served as the ACMP Midwest Volunteer Lead and in March 2025 was voted in as chapter Secretary.
