Hello Midwest Chapter Community,
Happy Holidays! I hope you were able to spend Thanksgiving with people special to you. We have a lot to be thankful for and, on behalf of the full board of directors, I’d like to express our gratitude.
First, to our volunteers who share their time and talents with the Chapter. They create and run all the activities including communication and marketing, webinars and learning experiences (including the Chapter’s first virtual Midwest Change Conference), development, and networking events, the quarterly newsletter, sponsorship activities, and handling all aspects of keeping a non-profit organization running on a daily basis. It’s a heavy lift done by a small group of dedicated people. Thank you!
Secondly, to our sponsors who enable the Chapter to provide programs for members and the larger change management community. Without sponsors and partners, our Chapter couldn’t continue the ACMP mission of Leading the way change works at the local level or fulfilling the Chapter mission to engage, grow, and empower a thriving Midwest community of change professionals, champions, and advocates. Thank you for your continued commitment to growing the profession!
Finally, to our community of members and friends. Your potential, your growth, your engagement, and commitment to enabling change socially and through your work is the motivation behind the work of the chapter. You are what makes this a thriving Midwest community of change professionals, champions, and advocates! Thank you for continuing to be engaged and leading change!
As we look forward to 2022 and the opportunities it affords us, enjoy the festive season ahead and THANK YOU for being part of this community!
Warmly,
President, ACMP Midwest Chapter

Join us for Chew on This, a lively lunchtime discussion which takes place the third Tuesday of every month from 12:00-12:45 p.m., CT. On December 21, ACMP Midwest President Kristine Reynolds will host.
This monthly member event was launched in May 2020 by then-President Stephanie Waite. After a brief hiatus and feedback from members, Chew on This relaunched in November 2021. Now the facilitators rotate each month so that members can enjoy conversations with various members of the ACMP Midwest Board of Directors.
On behalf of the ACMP Midwest Membership Committee, we thank all who joined us in 2021 for our virtual Cheers for Change Events. Even though live events weren't practical we brought together our chapter friends and members online. Topics spanned from kicking off the New Year through sharing 'Words of the Year' to 'Power of Authenticity' where we provided journals for reflection and at mid-year we discussed the importance of 'Half-Time' and approaches to keeping up momentum and team morale. We wrapped up the year by sharing takeaways from the Midwest Change Conference! Every time we ended with a toast to celebrate our new connections, fresh ideas, shared laughter and, above all. one another.
Cheers to 2021 and connecting even more in 2022!
Mark your calendars for these upcoming events. Most are free, others offer a discount to Chapter members. Click here for details and to register.
