Maria Chushak

Maria Chushak is a Digital Enablement and Change Management leader with 10+ years of experience helping large enterprises deliver transformational outcomes. With a background in industrial-organizational psychology, she focuses on shifting mindsets, behaviors, and ways of working to drive successful change at scale. She thrives on global projects and brings together a broad range of stakeholders to turn strategy into adoption and measurable results. She is SAFe® Agile certified and trained in InsideOut Coaching.

Maria currently leads a digital enablement and change team at Nestlé Purina and is known as an experienced leader who partners closely with business leaders to customize change approaches to the organization’s context and readiness. Her cross-industry background spans consumer packaged goods, retail, government/public sector, and healthcare.

Maria has been an ACMP Midwest member since 2020 and a chapter volunteer since 2021. In 2025, she stepped into a leadership role heading Strategic Partnerships to expand member value through purposeful collaboration.

Born in Ukraine, Maria is an avid traveler who’s happiest exploring new places and trying out new foods. That curiosity shows up in her work—she listens deeply, respects local culture, and brings a practical, inclusive approach to helping teams navigate change together.
