Shannon Hackett
Shannon Hackett is a senior consultant and Team Lead at Primera Engineers. She has worked in the utility industry for ten years, with experience in data management, energy efficiency programs, and smart technology. In 2023 she became a Certified Change Management Professional after 5 years of developing and leading change management projects for new field tools and business processes. Leveraging her expertise in change management methodologies, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing utility companies, she excels in guiding organizations through complex transitions while maximizing operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
Brian Camfield
Brian Camfield is a Team Lead in Primera’s Consulting Division with over three decades of experience in the electric and gas utility industries. He specializes in program strategy, process development, engineering and design, and implementation/construction. His leadership spans a wide range of initiatives, including pipeline replacement, electric transmission and distribution upgrades, capacity planning, regulatory compliance, corrosion control, and Pipeline Safety Management Systems (PSMS).
Brian is also experienced in root cause investigations and change management, having led efforts to develop procedures and applications that guide users through structured change processes. His ability to integrate technical expertise with strategic planning provides clients with a comprehensive and forward-thinking approach to complex utility projects.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
