Let’s kick things off by reflecting on the ideas, strategies, and insights that resonated most during the conference. In this interactive session, we’ll share what’s sticking with us—and more importantly, what we plan to do with it. What are you inspired to try? What’s making its way into your change toolbox? Walk away with actionable ideas grounded in real-world relevance. Didn't attend the conference? No worries! This is a great way to hear what others learned!

2. What Keeps You Up at Night: Real Talk for Change Managers
Change is complex—and the sleepless nights can be real. Whether it’s stakeholder resistance, burnout, shifting priorities, or the pressure to show value, this session is an open forum to share the challenges that weigh heaviest. You’re not alone, and neither are your worries. Together, we’ll surface themes, swap coping strategies, and support one another in navigating the hard stuff.

As a reminder, this event will not have a formal host or Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading the session. Rather, by registering for this event, you are committing to asking questions of your peers so that your practice can grow and sharing your best practices so that others can add new tools to their toolkit.
