Geordyn Adams

Geordyn has been a dedicated member of Accenture’s CIO Journey and Change Management Team for nearly 5 years. On this team she has worked closely with both clients and Accenture employees to drive impactful change and has developed a passion for helping people navigate change. Over the last year, she has focused on deploying generative AI across Accenture. She has enabled other change leads who are spearheading generative AI initiatives and has upskilled the entire organization on how to best leverage generative AI in their work. This effort spans from teaching foundational concepts to guiding practical applications, ensuring that every team member can effectively utilize generative AI in their respective role. Currently, she influences over 735,000 people through her work in communications, upskilling, and awareness programs, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Burak Atagun

Burak Atagun is a change practitioner at Accenture, where he has spent the last several years working on initiatives that drive the adoption of emerging technologies and processes within large, global organizations. His expertise lies in enabling tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform, which empower teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively. At Accenture, Burak has been leading key initiatives such as analytics for data driven decision making, senior leadership enablement sessions, and live demos & workshops which are Accenture’s automation and Generative AI transformation strategy.

In his role, Burak is responsible for developing and implementing change management analytics that support organizational goals, helping drive engagement across teams, and ensuring a seamless transition during the adoption of emerging technologies.
