Change by Design: Human-Centered Tools to Co-Create Change
In today’s rapidly evolving world, successful change management hinges on the ability to understand and address the human experience at the heart of change.
In this session we will introduce you to human-centered design tools that empower organizations to co-create meaningful, sustainable change. We will engage you with hands on learning utilizing two essential tools for the human-centered change practitioner: journey mapping and personas.
We will begin by exploring journey mapping, a powerful tool to visualize the end-to-end experiences of stakeholders. You’ll learn how to identify key touchpoints, uncover pain points, and highlight opportunities to enhance engagement throughout the change process. Next, we’ll dive into personas—representative, data-driven profiles of your key stakeholders. By crafting detailed personas, you can better empathize with diverse needs and tailor your strategies to resonate with different groups, ensuring alignment and buy-in. In our time together, we’ll cover the theory but more importantly, we’ll practice creating these tools live, and discuss how and when to use them in a typical change initiative.
This interactive seminar will provide actionable insights, practical examples, and tools you can implement immediately to enhance your change initiatives. Join us to discover how human-centered design principles can transform the way you approach change management, leading to more effective, people-centered outcomes.
