Best Ways to Utilize Change Management for Major Operating Model Changes

Operating Model improvement-based initiatives are a constant presence in most organizations’ change portfolios. They focus on changing the way we work and who we report to, as well as the new technologies and revised business processes that we need to leverage. Though business disruption is expected, often, we overlook or underestimate how personal this change is for impacted stakeholders – leading to emotional risk for organizations. Understanding who is impacted and how they are impacted is critical to reducing and/or preventing downstream issues across organizations.

In this webinar, through an Organizational Change Management (OCM) lens, we will review Operating Model approaches that Centric Consulting has seen, including outlining pros/cons of each. We will explore common people challenges that occur, as well as effective OCM mitigation strategies and tactics to help ensure the desired business results are achieved – anchoring the needed Operating Models changes into the fabric of the organizations.
