In this interactive session, we will explore a current case study for DigiKey, a privately-owned, northern Minnesota company, which is the fifth largest electronics distributor in the world. We will look at the challenges, the approach, and results so far in building change capability and transforming the culture at a company that has been in business for 50 years. Participants will be able to make parallels to their own organizations and change culture efforts as well as learn from our lessons. Best practices from our experience implementing OCM will be shared.

Bette Smith

Bette Smith is the principal and owner of Destra Consulting Group. She is a management consultant with more than 20 years of experience.
