About the Speakers:

Jordan Witzel


Jordan is a Human Performance Specialist in the Accenture Global IT Journey & Change Management Center of Excellence. In her 5 years at Accenture, she’s worked on a diverse set of technology change initiatives from a DAP implementation to the adoption of AI-powered tools. She is passionate about enabling people with the right skills to do their work – clients acquiringnew technology or colleagues learning the latest change management practices. In her current role leading programs in the legal analytics space, she enjoys collaborating with end users, stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver human centered behavior change and champion the use of data-driven decision making. 

Brian Knoll 

Brian is a Human Performance Analyst in the Accenture Global IT Journey & Change Management Center of Excellence focusing on the measurement of adoption and enablement strategies within change management programs. He has spent his entire career working to empower a data-driven decision-making mindset across Accenture Global IT, enabling teams to target their change efforts to areas that drive the most business impact. He provides a high-energy, value-focused presence, showing approachable strategies to be implemented on any change management project. 


Matt Csaki

Matt is a versatile and energetic change leader with over 16 years at Accenture dedicated to managing adoption, realizing business benefits, and building lasting relationships. With experience across various stakeholder groups, he has driven change efforts at multiple levels within the organization. Currently, Matt leads the WalkMe, End User Enablement and Analytics Strategy Service Areas within Accenture's Journey & Change Mgmt COE where he develops and implements change management, measurement, and adoption strategies to achieve desired business outcomes. He focuses on fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and empowering behavioral change across Accenture's internal products and services.
