The Science & Art of Building Internal Organizational Change Management Capability
Since the COVID pandemic, there has been a significant increase for Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional support across companies of varying size, industries, etc. as they undertake major change initiatives, (i.e., process redesign, technology implementations, data analytics, culture transformations). In addition, there has been more interest by companies in building their own internal OCM capabilities.
Yet, there is very little information available about when to establish internal OCM capabilities, which level of maturity you should target, how you should integrate it, and where it should operationally reside. In this webinar, we will discuss these questions – exploring both the science and the art of building an internal OCM Capability within an organization.
After attending this session, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the Critical Success Factors for building and maintaining a successful internal OCM Capability
- Understand that OCM Capability build is more than developing an OCM methodology – instead involves an OCM Capability Framework.
- Build awareness for the OCM Maturity Model
