Author: Stacey Barr

Stacey Barr is an evidence-based leadership and performance measurement specialist. She has researched thousands of Executives, Strategy and Performance Professionals around the world since 2003, and discovered common struggles with performance measures and KPIs.

Stacey's research also revealed the root cause of these common struggles: a set of bad KPI habits. We have balanced scorecards, strategic plans and operational priorities *without* meaningful measures because of these bad KPI habits.

That's why Stacey created PuMP. It’s a practical, engaging, and rigorous process to measure and achieve what really matters. PuMP replaces the bad KPI habits. It guides teams to get clear about their goals, measure them meaningfully, build buy-in from colleagues, and reach targets.
