This past year, the entire world has faced challenges far greater than ever imagined with the pandemic and its ramifications.  Through all this, we've displayed a level of resilience and strength unsurpassed to adapt and survive to all the changes that we've had to react to.  That resilience is a testament to our entire industry specifically in change management, to speak to how we as individuals respond to paramount change and can even thrive from it.  This year, we are proud to model the very theme of our conference:  Leading Change with Resilience.
