Steve Jenkins, Centric Consulting People & Change National Practice Lead
Steve is responsible for leading the National People & Change Practice including strategy, business development, practice management, delivery excellence and team leadership. He has more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies in multiple industries including insurance, financial services, healthcare and retail. He has held diverse roles enabling strategic business initiatives, business unit transformation, organization redesign, talent management, leadership development and workforce integration and transition. Steve has a B.A. in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.
Hilary Lee, Centric Consulting People & Change Chicago Lead
Hilary is responsible for leading the Chicago People & Change Practice including strategy, business development, practice management, delivery excellence and team leadership. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience across multiple industries leading large scale changes for clients. She has played a wide array of project roles including business transformation and change lead, executive coach, program manager, lead subject matter expert, lead business relationship manager, lead trainer and management consultant. Prior to consulting, Hilary was a teacher and had worked in investment banking. Hilary has a B.A. in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy, Primatology, and Organizational Sociology from Duke University.
