Danielle Vaughn | Point B
An ACMP Midwest Chapter member who is recognized as a thought leader who has proved outstanding service to and accomplishments in the field of change management. A person who demonstrates successful contribution to special project that drives performance in his/her organization. Danielle is viewed as a trusted change management advisor within Point B’s Chicago Practice, the National Organizational Effectiveness Team, and the leadership team. She takes her change management expertise and applies this to clients, and internally to Point B. She has been critical to Point B’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiative where she serves on the national team setting strategy and implementing the changes throughout the organization. She has combined her passion for this area and her expertise in change management to find new ways to engage others with this work. When asked about working with this individual, a leader shared “I wish I could work with her on every project. Her knowledge of change management and ability to lay that out clearly while meeting clients where they are is priceless.” |

Aon’s Culture & Change Team Aon is a leading global professional services firm providing advice and solutions in Risk, Retirement and Health and exists to empower economic and human possibility. The culture and change team at this organization strives every day to make those possibilities a reality and is at the tip of the spear in terms of driving a transformational change across the global population of 50,000 colleagues in 120 countries. Through the work this team is doing and sponsorship and partnership from their executive committee and board, the firm has prioritized change leadership as a critical skillset, reset expectations, and introduced a new operating model. In terms of innovation, this team and senior leaders are giving colleagues, clients and shareholders different experiences as this change unfolds. Critical to the change strategy is ensuring that leaders are aligned and able to apply their personal approach to this change. Leaders are empowered to take the time to connect with each other and their colleagues to drive alignment to the change strategy and purpose – a true differentiator to both humanize and personalize this work to colleagues. Another compelling example that demonstrates this team’s influence is around how the organization recently changed the expected setup and delivery of their quarterly earnings call to be more focused on story telling allowed the communication of a growth story and the successes experienced as this transformation is unfolding throughout the firm. Additionally, to support and reinforce this change throughout the firm, the team created a global executive network of 94 leaders who are serving as change sponsors and champions supporting people leaders and colleagues through the transition. The change and culture team works tirelessly to create amazing moments that matter so colleagues at every level of the firm are confident and comfortable. |
