Stephanie Reynolds

Director of Operations

Stephanie has over 10 years of experience leading and managing organizational change activities for operational improvement and product modernization efforts at COUNTRY Financial, based out of Bloomington, Illinois. She’s consulted, trained, and coached employees about the change management discipline and has expertise in program management and business analysis. She is currently the manager of the Organizational Change Management team at COUNTRY, a position she has held for the last year. Stephanie has been involved with the ACMP since May of 2022 and is currently the Events Lead for the Midwest chapter. She is Prosci and Yellow Belt, Lean Six Sigma certified along with her achievements of the SaFE Agile certifications of Product Owner/Product Manager and SaFE 4 Teams.

Stephanie has been married to her husband, John for 22 years. They have 3 children, Chase, Carly, and Cason. She was a high-school dance team coach for 15 years and enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
