Sarika Sidhu

Sarika Sidhu has applied over 20 years of management and consulting experience to solving change management issues at a variety of clients around the world. She has a proven track record of successful client relationships as well as a clearly demonstrated knowledge of business needs, working collaboratively to develop creative solutions to complex change management issues.

Her competencies include talent and succession management, training, communications, organizational change/design, project management, broad change management, and sales strategy and implementation. Sarika has worked in industries including healthcare/pharmaceutical, energy, information technology, aerospace defense, consumer products, software, banking and retail. She obtained her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and has two Bachelor’s degrees (Psychology and Business) from Loyola University Chicago. Sarika is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
