Christy is passionate about helping people and organizations embrace change. She is known for both delivering change management support within organizations and building change capacity within leaders and teams. Through the years Christy has worked with clients in various industries including transportation, consumer packaged goods, higher education, retail and healthcare. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, change impact assessment, change metrics, and process improvement.
She has been involved with ACMP for seven years, having served on the content committee for the 2018 ACMP Midwest conference and Director of Membership in fiscal year 2021. As Director of Membership during the global pandemic, she created virtual networking opportunities for the chapter by launching the Cheers for Change series. She also launched the inaugural Annual Membership Report to provide detailed information to members and prospective members regarding the value of engaging with the ACMP Midwest Chapter.
As Vice President, Christy is looking forward to partnering with all Board Members to drive momentum in chapter engagement through providing professional development opportunities and networking forums.
Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University and a Strategic Change Certificate from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
