Josh Kauffman

Josh is a leader in digital transformations and change management with more than 10 years leading business-driven enterprise programs, cloud transformations, SAP deployments, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure programs, M&A, and other efforts integrating people, process, and technology. He is a strategist and tactician seasoned at translating goals into actionable plans that deliver tangible, long-term results. He brings real-life, multi-industrial private and public sector experience in addition to nonprofit board experience, having led the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) - Central Illinois Chapter, serving as an executive officer on the PRSA-Chicago and Midwest District boards, and as an advisor for the Salvation Army, Chamber of Commerce, Main Street programs, and other entities.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications (Public Relations) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with minors in Business Administration and Journalism, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Springfield. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Managed Change Practitioner, LaMarsh Global FacilitationMaster™, Certified Change Management Professional through ACMP, a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner through Scrum Alliance, Accredited in Public Relations (Communications) through PRSA, and carries a Microsoft Azure and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

He has been a member of ACMP for three years.
