Jaime Velez is a seasoned business and technology leader with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. With a strong focus on driving digital transformation and managing complex projects, Jaime has played various roles, from developer to solution architect, business analyst, project manager, and now exclusively as an OCM lead. His passion for technology's impact on humanity fuels his drive.

Jaime's dedication to professional development is evident through his certifications, including PMP, CCMP, and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Judson University. He also completed a Change Leadership Executive Certificate from Cornell University.

As the founder of Cloudtivity, Jaime is committed to helping projects succeed by prioritizing the human side of digital transformation. He has volunteered with ACMP Midwest's Learning and Professional Development committee and has been a member since 2015.

As Director of Learning and Professional Development, Jaime is excited to work with all the Board and Chapter members to enhance the experience and value that the ACMP Midwest programs and opportunities provide to our vibrant and growing community of change professionals.

Residing in Wheaton, IL, Jaime enjoys playing guitar, attending Improv classes, discovering new restaurants, and attending concerts in his free time.
