Donya Flohr Donya has more than 20 years of strategic communication and change management expertise in the insurance and financial services industry. While she didn’t realize it at the time, her formal studies in public health provided a strong foundation for change management by emphasizing psychology, sociology, education, behavioral change models, empowerment, advocacy, and public policy. Donya believes that transformational change can only happen at both the grassroots and organizational levels. “Top down” decisions and plans that make sense on paper will fail if people impacts are not considered and effectively addressed. And great ideas from individuals and teams will be very difficult to scale without a thoughtful plan and disciplined approach for gaining support from the right people. Donya is passionate about achieving meaningful results and believes the change management discipline can be a powerful tool for people who want to make a difference. |
